Typical agreements will fall within one of the three categories: On-demand support, subscription-based support and managed service - depending on your needs and requirements.
Application development
If you do not want to be responsible for the further development of your applications yourself, you can use our ITIL-based development centre. We have developers who are specialised in both Oracle and Open Source tools such as PostgreSQL. itm8 can provide one consultant or an entire team for your IT project.

Do you have outdated applications or need to develop a completely new application? With FutureForms, you can rapidly develop and modernise critical applications. The Javascript library makes it easy to develop even advanced business applications in modern developers' favourite tools.

We keep a watchful eye on everything and react if there is even the slightest thing that doesn't behave as it should. We use the monitoring tool Zabbix, and have Premium Partner and Certified Trainer status.

IT Service Management
We use ITIL as a framework tool and apply the disciplines and processes that are relevant in relation to delivering professional and cohesive application support to you as a customer.
Service desk
Our Service Desk ensures you a Single-Point-of-Contact (SPOC) for application support, where communication can take place by email, web and telephone and all communication can take place in Danish or English.

Application development
