How do I apply for a position at itm8?

What qualifications do you look for in candidates?
You can read under each job posting what qualifications we expect a candidate to have. Common to all of them is that you must have a clean criminal record.

Do you offer flexible working hours or work from home options?
Yes and yes. Of course, the degree of flexibility and working from home depends on the position and department you are hired into. In most positions it is possible to plan your own day and work from home 2-3 days a week - in some positions only during regular office hours.

Do you offer internships or apprenticeships?
We offer apprenticeships as IT Supporter and Data Technician. At times we are looking for student assistants who are studying a higher education programme. You can see all job adverts here.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer work experience for primary school students.

What does the recruitment process look like?
Our recruitment process starts with you submitting your application and CV. We then review all applications and select the candidates we want to invite for an initial interview.
We always endeavour to process all applications within approximately one month, but sometimes the process can take a little longer.Depending on the position, there will typically be one or more interviews with relevant managers or team members. In some cases, you may also be asked to solve a case study or complete a test. Eventually, you will receive either an offer or a rejection.
