CRM
As a graduate in our CRM team based in Aarhus or Copenhagen, you will have the opportunity to design and customise CRM solutions for some of Denmark's most exciting companies. You'll get hands-on experience with configuration, development, data modelling and customer integrations. You will be part of a curious and inclusive team and an dynamic programme where there is room for questions, sparring and professional development.

NAV/BC Development, ERP
Join the ERP team as a graduate at our office in Aarhus and get day-to-day experience close to both coding and customers. You will work with development, customisation and integration of solutions in Dynamics NAV/Business Central. Together with an experienced development team, you will work with both smaller customisations and larger projects.

NAV/BC, ERP
Become part of the ERP team as a graduate at our offices in Skovlunde, Aarhus or Odense. You will work close to our customers on a daily basis, helping to develop, adapt and optimise ERP solutions with a focus on NAV/Business Central. You will work hands-on with workflows, integrations and support tasks.

Custom Built Solutions Products
As a graduate in our Custom Built Solutions department, you will be part of our Custom Product team. In Custom Products, we work with a secure email solution and an electronic patient record system respectively. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technical support, operational tasks and delivering outstanding customer service in one of the best secure email systems on the market. You will work alongside other specialists and help our customers with day-to-day operational tasks, technical support and the operation of security-critical IT solutions.

Cyber Defence Centre
As a graduate in our Cyber Defence Center in Aalborg, you will get hands-on experience with several aspects of cyber security. You will be part of three different teams, each with their own speciality, working on a rotational basis. In the CISO team, we work with everything from contingency plans and security policies to analyses and customer advisory services. In the Advisor team, we communicate and deliver reporting directly to our customers. And in the Implementation team, we implement, configure, monitor and automate technical services for our customers.

Digital Forensics & Incident Response
As a Graduate in Digital Forensics & Incident Response, you will be part of a team that helps customers navigate complex security incidents and uncover what really happened. We work closely together, we share knowledge openly, and we take pride in bringing clarity to highpressure situations. You take on a role with influence, and the chance to grow into a trusted security consultant.

Strategic Cyber Risk Advisory
As a graduate in our Strategic Cyber Risk Advisory team at our office in Nordhavn, you will get close to our customers. You will work hands-on with risk management, information security and regulations such as NIS2 and DORA. You will have the opportunity to analyse, advise and create solutions that strengthen cyber security in Danish companies.

Collaboration (Consultant - Document Management & AI/Copilot)
Join the Collaboration team based at our office in Aarhus, Denmark. Here you will work close to our customers with a focus on document management in Microsoft 365. You will work with structuring, organising and optimising document flows in SharePoint and Teams. You will be a central part of our work with Copilot and AI-powered solutions that help customers with smarter search, automation and content understanding in their digital lives.

Collaboration Development (Development - BTM)
Join the Collaboration team as a Development Graduate at our office in Odense, Denmark. Here you will have an everyday life consisting of coding, customers and not least our own internally developed product BTM (Baseline Teams Management). You will work with further development, integrations and new features in the BTM platform, which helps companies with governance, automation and structure in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint environments.

Data Platform
As a graduate in our Dataplatform team in Copenhagen, you will have the opportunity to work with database technologies at a technical level. You will also get close to Data Lakehouse technologies, which are widely used as the basis for AI solutions. In Dataplatform we work with installation, configuration, performance tuning and optimisation of databases (Oracle, MS SQL server or PostgreSQL). You will gain hands-on experience working with database technologies both on-premise and across different cloud platforms for a wide range of companies - from small manufacturing and trading companies to large industrial groups and public authorities.

Business Advisory
As a Business Advisory Graduate in Aarhus, you will be part of a team working at the intersection of business and technology with one clear goal: to drive meaningful progress in the customer's business using Microsoft's entire ecosystem of AI and business applications and development platforms. You will gain hands-on experience understanding customers' business challenges, facilitating dialogues and translating needs into concrete, value-adding solutions based on ERP, CRM, Collaboration, Data & Analytics and AI. All with the aim of strengthening our customers' decisions, workflows, customer experiences and competitiveness.

Business Intelligence
As a graduate in our Business Intelligence team in Aarhus, you will have the opportunity to design and implement Business Intelligence solutions and data platforms for some of Denmark's most visionary companies. You'll get hands-on experience with data extraction and modelling, and you'll be part of a highly skilled team that will help you become proficient in Python, SQL and Power BI. You'll also get close to the entire Microsoft suite, including Azure, Fabric, Power Platform and more, and gain insight into some of the most modern AI technologies and methods in the industry.
Depending on your profile, you can develop in two different directions:

An outward‑facing role where you work closely with customers, facilitate workshops, translate business needs, and drive the dialogue around value‑creating solutions.

A specialist role where you dive into technology, architecture, data modelling, and the advanced aspects of BI, AI, and data platforms.

The recruitment process
Submit your application and CV. We invite selected candidates for interviews and a case study or test. Finally, you’ll receive either an offer or a rejection.

How often do you look for new graduates?
We look for graduates once a year to start on 1 September. The next time is for a start date of 1 September 2026.

Can I apply before I graduate?
Yes, you can in principle. But you can only start the graduate programme once you have completed your degree. Example: you apply in April but don't graduate until June or August.

Can I apply even if I graduated a year ago?
Yes, you can do that. As a graduate, you can have a maximum of 1 year of experience after graduation.

When is the application deadline for the graduate program?
The deadline to apply for a graduate position is 23 March 2026.

When does the graduate program start?
The graduate program starts on 1 September 2026.

How long does the graduate program last?
The Graduate Program lasts 18 months. As a graduate, you are permanently employed on the same terms as other employees, meaning your contract does not expire when the programme ends.
During the 18 months, you will take part in a structured development programme with additional support, shared and individual development activities, mentoring, and professional sparring. All of these elements are, of course, something you can continue to benefit from and build on after the programme itself has been completed. -
How do I apply to the graduate program?
To apply for a graduate position, send your application and CV inside our recruitment system. We open for applications in mid-February 2026.

When can I expect to hear back on my application?
The application window closes on 23 March. In late March and early April, we will begin inviting candidates to the first round of interviews. The interviews will take place in April and May.

Are you looking for graduates across the country?
It depends on which graduate position you are applying for. You can check the relevant job adverts to see which offices we are looking for graduates for.

Do I need industry experience?
No, as an itm8 graduate, industry experience is not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have the desire and ability to learn and grow.

What happens after the program?
When the graduate program ends after 1.5 years, you will be a permanent employee on equal terms with your other colleagues. But you are no longer part of a program with a mentor, training and study trips.

There are nine different areas where you can become a graduate at itm8, and within some of these areas, you have the opportunity to join different teams in different roles, as follows:

Can I apply for more than one track?
Yes, you are welcome to apply for multiple graduate positions. However, we expect your application to clearly outline your motivation for each position.
Please note that you can only be invited to interview for one graduate position. If more than one hiring manager invite you forward in the process, you will be asked to choose which position you wish to proceed with.

Do I get paid during the graduate program?
Yes, you will receive a standard full-time salary as a graduate.

Is there a lunch scheme?
Yes, you bet it is. Not only that, but breakfast, fresh fruit, coffee and tea are also available for free.

Are there rotations in the graduate program?
There are no fixed rotations in the graduate program, but in dialogue with you, we will assess whether you might be interested in rotating to another team within the same track. Either way, you'll get to experience the breadth of the organisation and try out different things according to your interests.
