itm8 is strengthening the commercial side of the organization with a strong profile as Søren Luplau-Pagh steps in as the new Chief Commercial Officer in October.
Søren Luplau-Pagh is a well-known name in the industry and joins itm8 after serving as CEO of Capgemini in Denmark. Before joining the internationally recognized consulting firm, Søren was an equity partner and Group CEO at VENZO and previously Senior Vice President at NNIT.
“I am driven by creating long-term relationships and results together with customers and colleagues. That is why I am excited to become part of itm8’s culture and to work closely with the team to ensure that we not only deliver solutions but real partnerships that make a difference for our customers,” says Søren Luplau-Pagh about his new role as CCO at itm8 Denmark.
Søren steps in just one month after the incoming CEO, Christian M. Ingerslev, who starts on September 1, 2025.

itm8 wants to be their customers' compass in times of digital disruption
As the person responsible for itm8’s market-facing activities in Denmark, Søren Luplau-Pagh’s role will be to strengthen itm8’s position as the primary digital partner for SMEs. A task that has only grown in importance with the challenges and opportunities that have emerged in IT in recent years, explains Frank Vium, who is stepping back into the role of Chairman of the Board after having served as interim CEO since itm8’s founder and long-time CEO, Henrik Kastbjerg, stepped down in April:
