The challenge
An older system was holding back development
For several years, Lattec has run its business on an older Navision ERP platform. A system built for a smaller company that could no longer keep up with the company’s growth in either volume or complexity.
They were left with a system that limited efficiency – and not least the company’s future ambitions. So Lattec made a decision: to build a new and more scalable foundation for their business.
And to find a competent partner to help them.

The solution
From the first meeting to a shared direction
When we were invited to present our proposal, it quickly became clear that chemistry and collaboration mattered more than slide decks. Lattec wanted to meet the entire team and make sure that the people they saw in the room were the same people who would later bring the project to life.
“We wanted to meet the consultants – and feel whether they were people we could collaborate with,” says Mads Kinoshita Trangbæk, COO at Lattec, and continues:
"Today we can see that the people we met at the beginning are also the ones we now work closely with. That’s a big plus because it means we speak the same language."
Result
A solution built for the business
ERP projects can easily become complex and highly technical. That’s why we chose to involve the entire business early in the process – from production to warehouse and finance. The goal was to create a solution that not only looks right on paper but works in practice.
“We involve the entire business as early as possible – and we understand their needs all the way from production to warehouse to finance,” says Mads.
When the people who will use the solution gain ownership from the start, the result becomes both stronger and more anchored.
