GRIMME Scandinavia is a Central Jutland–based company that sells and services specialized machinery for potato, vegetable and beet farming across Scandinavia. They are part of the German GRIMME Group and have 95 employees across Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland.

 

The challenge

Time loss and hassle with multiple suppliers

In recent years, GRIMME Scandinavia has increased its focus on digitalization – both in relation to machinery and the way they work. This created a growing need for a more unified and professional approach to IT procurement and operations.

Previously, equipment was purchased from several different suppliers, and there was no single point of contact. This led to unnecessary manual processes, wasted time and challenges when handling claims.
