You receive our advisory emails from Trusted Advisor with exceptional advice that is not included in your agreement with us, but you don't always have the time or desire to act on the recommendations.
Tomorrow you can get them done automatically
With Trusted Advisor Plus, we assess which recommendations are relevant to you and ensure they are implemented - without you having to take a position. You simply specify the maximum number of hours we are allowed to have at our disposal and we will only keep you informed about what we are doing.
What is Trusted Advisor Plus?
With Trusted Advisor Plus, we basically make sure that a consultant assesses which of our ongoing technical recommendations are relevant to you - and that they are implemented. All you have to do is authorise us to handle this on your behalf.
This saves you from having to deal with IT technical terms and being bothered with financial approvals for small tasks.
This does not affect the IT services you already have an agreement with us for. They will continue as before and with Trusted Advisor Plus we will not perform tasks that are already part of your IT services.
We keep you informed about the tasks we perform in Trusted Advisor Plus, so you are always informed or can go back and see what has been done and when. You don't commit to anything. You can notify us at any time that you do not wish to continue the scheme and we will stop it immediately.
You retain full control over your IT budget and always have full insight into what we have done for you.

What does Trusted Advisor Plus include and what does it not include?
We automatically address selected vulnerabilities and manufacturer changes that could affect your business, as well as IT improvements. We filter out irrelevant recommendations so you only get relevant improvements.
Examples of what we typically fix:
- Selected server, client and network vulnerabilities - e.g. extraordinary patching of operating system or firewall
- Manufacturer changes that affect your IT - e.g. lifting security according to manufacturer recommendation
- Critical manufacturer bugs - e.g. handling severe bugs in Windows updates
- Optimisations - e.g. implementing initiatives focusing on savings in the Cloud
Examples of what we do not solve:
- Recommendations for vulnerabilities in products you don't even use
- Manufacturer changes that are irrelevant to your business, for example due to your industry or company size
- Bug fixes for niche products that are typically only used by very large organisations, such as CrowdStrike
